What is the typical turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the cell type, starting material, and desired quantity. Standard expansions typically take 2–4 weeks. Large-scale productions or complex primary cell cultures may require additional time. An estimated timeline is provided during the initial consultation.

Can I provide my own cells for expansion?

Yes. You may ship your own cell stocks to our facility for expansion. We accept frozen vials, live cultures, and tissue samples. Alternatively, we provide access to an extensive catalog of over 800 authenticated cell lines.

What quality control measures are in place?

Every expansion includes mycoplasma testing, viability assessment, and growth kinetics monitoring. Optional services include STR-based authentication and sterility testing. Full documentation, including a Certificate of Analysis, is provided with each delivery.

What delivery formats are available?
